ARE THERE ANY CLEANING FEES OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES?

Our cleaning fees are calculated into your total cost of the stay. We strive to make sure our properties are perfectly clean for every guest. Our team of cleaners are the most important part of your stay.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We promise to fully refund anyone who has a booking until exactly one week (7-days) from their check-In date. If within the week of check in a full refund will not be given for we have to cover occupancy costs.

IS THIS HOME SAFE FOR BABIES AND CHILDREN?

Every stay has its risk with young children but we promise every property has been checked for any hazards that could cause harm. Any accidents that occur on the property that isn't the fault of the property we are not liable for.
